The 99th Street Road entry will begin a landscape enhancement project beginning October 5th. Work will continue for four weeks. During this timeframe, lanes may be closed. Please be alert of workers along roadway and use patience while traversing this area.
All Association Members, pursuant to Section 720.303(15) of the Florida Statutes, every homeowner association must provide each member with a copy of the association’s rules and covenants, either in physical or digital form by October 1, 2024. Please be advised Association Rules and Regulations as well as the Declaration of Covenants for each association are electronically stored on otowinfo@otowfl.net.
