The Fifth Amendment to the Third Amended and Restated Rules and Regulations (“Rules”) were presented and approved at the November 18, 2020 Board of Directors Meeting. The Rules are recorded in the Official Records of Marion County at Official Record Book 7320, Pages 1512-1569.
