The Indigo East Neighborhood Association consists of the Indigo East neighborhood. This tight knit neighborhood in On Top of the World is unique in that it they have a choice to participate in the amenities offered using the Gateway of Services program.

The Fifth Amendment to the Third Amended and Restated Rules and Regulations (“Rules”) were presented and approved at the November 18, 2020 Board of Directors Meeting. The Rules are recorded in the Official Records of Marion County at Official Record Book 7320, Pages 1512-1569.

Homeowners are responsible for obtaining a HO-3 policy.
How do I request an Estoppel Certificate?
To request an estoppel or lender questionnaire, please go to: https://estoppels.com and enter the address of the dwelling or unit. The dwelling or unit address will populate in their database and ask you to select a unit number (if applicable). All additional information is available in their database to process your request.
