Safety Alert – A hawk has been reported attacking pedestrians in the Crescent Ridge area near 9805 SW 97th Lane. The bird is nesting with chicks in a large nearby tree and may behave aggressively to protect them.
Residents and visitors are advised to exercise caution when walking in this area and avoid approaching the nesting site.
Resident Alert – The Recreation Center will be undergoing an exterior renovation starting May 11th. Current project timing is 2 months with a mid-July completion date. NOTE: During this time, you will not be able to enter the building from the main entrance on the ground floor, or up on the ramp. These will be emergency exits only. You will need to enter the building from the back.
