Resident Alert: Weybourne Landing - Enerva Vehicle Decal Event

Attention Weybourne Landing Residents!

You are cordially invited to attend the scheduled RFID Vehicle Decal Drive-Through Event for your neighborhood.

This drive-through event will occur in the Circle Square Cultural Center parking lot from 8 AM to 3 PM on the specified dates below. Entrance to this event will begin on SW 79th Street Road. Please follow all directional signs to ensure a proper flow of traffic. For an expedited experience, you may remove your existing decal before arriving at the event.

Residents should arrive on their assigned day to facilitate seamless distribution:

  • Monday, January 27, 2025 (Last names A-H ONLY)
  • Tuesday, January 28, 2025 (Last names I-Q ONLY)
  • Wednesday, January 29, 2025 (Last names R-Z ONLY)
  • Residents with different last names in the same household can collect their decal(s) on either date.

Can’t attend on your assigned day? Please schedule an appointment with Resident Services to retrieve your decal by emailing otowgates@otowfl.com

Not a Weybourne Resident? Don’t worry! We have selected dates for all additional On Top of the World Community Residents and you will be notified accordingly. These schedules will be provided to all Residents shortly. As a reminder, all other barcodes will be replaced when your neighborhood is scheduled. Resident Services will not be able to assist any additional requests at this time.

Don’t forget to learn about the new security technology coming soon to On Top of The World Communities.

Envera Training & Orientation

Once our Virtual Gate Guard system is installed and activated, all visitors will use the Envera system to gain access into the community. Prior to the system activation, we encourage you to view the orientation video, which will include a presentation about the new system, MyEnvera, and frequently asked questions. An email was previously sent to one household member with the login information to MyEnvera.com and our MyEnvera app. If you did not receive the email, please check with another household member (if applicable). If you are still unable to access MyEnvera, you may click here to reset your login information. Please note, your email address must be on file with Envera to reset your username/password. If we did not receive your email address from the community, please contact kaytlan_benson@otowfl.com for assistance and to ensure Envera receives the necessary information for your property.

MyEnvera is used by residents to easily update their guest lists and profile information. Any updates that you make in MyEnvera will automatically sync with the gate system to ensure your visitors are quickly and simply verified before entering the community. We recommend viewing the tutorial videos about MyEnvera using the following link: MyEnvera Tutorial Videos

MyEnvera Community Workshops

For residents wanting or needing additional assistance with MyEnvera or who have questions about Envera’s security technology, the Envera team will be on-site at your community for a series of workshops. You are invited and welcome to attend one of the sessions listed below during a designated time frame at the Cultural Center, 8395 SW 90th Terrace Rd, Ocala, FL. If you do plan to attend, please RSVP using the Meeting link associated with the day you will be there.

  • Monday, January 6, 2025: 9:00am – 1:00pm or 3:00pm – 7:00pm Meeting One
  • Tuesday, January 7, 2025: 9:00am – 1:00pm or 3:00pm – 7:00pm Meeting Two
  • Wednesday, January 8, 2025: 9:00am – 1:00pm or 3:00pm – 7:00pm Meeting Three
  • Thursday, January 9, 2025: 9:00am – 1:00pm or 3:00pm – 7:00pm Meeting Four

If you previously signed up for a meeting and received a confirmation that you were attending on a different date, this error has been corrected and you are registered for the initial date and time requested. You may receive an additional confirmation email with the correct meeting date.

How do I request an
Estoppel Certificate?

To request an estoppel or lender questionnaire, please go to: https://estoppels.com and enter the address of the dwelling or unit. The dwelling or unit address will populate in their database and ask you to select a unit number (if applicable). All additional information is available in their database to process your request.
