Lawn Furnishings:
- Ornaments, pots, rocks, bird baths, feeders, houses, shepherd’s hook, hanging items (wind chimes, pots ornaments) Outdoor furniture, trellises.
Nameplates or house number plates.
Wall art.
Grills, fire pits, chimineas (when not in use must be removed from street view)

Items that need a “Matter of Record”

A/C replacement (No location change).
Storm/screen doors.
Garage screens, if the frame color matches the home (white, beige, bronze, etc.)
- The color of the frame and screen must be listed in the record.
Painting the exterior of the home the same color (refreshing the paint) w/o a contractor or by owner.
Grills, fire pits, chimineas on the back patio. These cannot be in grassy areas and outdoor kitchens do not qualify as a grill and must be submitted as a modification.
Weather station, antenna and satellite dish.
Hose mounts, flag brackets.

Water softener / conditioner / filter

Hot tubs.
Replacing windows.
Enclosing lanai with windows.

Concrete or paver additions.
Outdoor kitchens.
Lamp post replacement.
Lights on home or yard.
Painting the exterior of the home a different color: house, driveway, walkway, patios.
Flag poles.
A/C relocation.
